Resettable PTC Fuses protect against harmful overcurrent, short circuit conditions, and over-temperature conditions not necessarily caused by excessive current. Bel Fuse Resettable PTC Fuses are ideal for industrial, low-voltage USB equipment, security systems, and test equipment applications.

0ZRC Radial Leaded PTC Fuses

Bel Fuse 0ZRC Radial Leaded Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) Fuses feature a 100mA to 3.75A operating current range, up to 90V_DC voltage rating, and a low hold current. Similar to Bel's extensive line of traditional fuse products, these fuses protect against harmful overcurrent and short circuit conditions. 0ZRC fuses can also be used to protect against over-temperature conditions not necessarily caused by excessive current. These PTC devices will reset after power to the circuit is removed, the fault is cleared, and power is reapplied to the circuit. This reset ability protects electronic equipment, which remains fully functional, and eliminates the need to physically replace a fuse. Bel Fuse 0ZRC fuses are used in a variety of industrial, computer, battery, consumer electronics, telecom, and automotive applications, where they help protect valuable electronic systems and reduce warranty and service costs.
