Bloques de receptáculos en bus PSM HYPERBUSS™

Amphenol Sine Systems HYPERBUSS™ PSM Bussed Receptacle Blocks are environmentally sealed, multi-pin, heavy-duty, thermoplastic connectors. These receptacle blocks are designed for applications where a common bussed electrical pathway is required in a condensed footprint. This provides an effective way to connect multiple devices to one block. The PSM receptacle blocks feature integrated latches to ensure proper mating with their respective plugs and industry-standard connectors. These receptacle blocks connect multiple devices into a single, integrated bussed feedback assembly and meet SAE/SAE J1939 requirements for CAN Bus applications. The HYPERBUSS™ PSM receptacle blocks are IP68 and IP69K rated in mated condition and combine power and ground in one block. These blocks operate within the 13A to 225A current range and -55°C to 125°C temperature range. Typical applications include transportation, marine, military, alternative energy, and agriculture.

ATHD Single-Pole Heavy Duty Power Connectors

Amphenol Sine Systems ATHD Series™ Heavy Duty Power Connectors feature an IP68/69K-rated (mated) and environmentally sealed connection system. The ATHD series provides an environmentally sealed connection system and solution to field splices and terminals in harsh environments. Safety features include an integral latch to prevent inadvertent disconnect, and an audible/tactile “click” provides circuit confirmation. Precision-machined contact technology maximizes performance and durability while delivering up to 100A of power. These connectors are available in In-Line (Wire-to-Wire), BoardLock™, PanelMate™, and StructurePlus™ options, and in various standard lengths (1m, 2m, 4m, 5m, and 10m). Amphenol Sine Systems ATHD Connectors are suitable for heavy-duty, transportation, marine, diagnostic, military, and alternative energy applications.

RADSOK® Connectors

Amphenol Industrial RADSOK® Connectors upgrade many core connectors by simply adding the RADSOK advantage. RADial SOcKet (RADSOK) is a socket cylinder within a female contact that has several equally spaced longitudinal beams twisted into a hyperbolic shape. As the male pin is inserted, axial members in the female half deflect, imparting high current flow across the connection with minimal voltage loss. The configuration ensures a large, coaxial, face-to-face surface area engagement and is ideal for crimp termination applications requiring repeated mating cycles and high current with a low millivolt drop. Amphenol connectors using RADSOK technology include Amphe-GTR Reverse Bayonet Connectors for Power Applications, PowerBus Amphe-PD™ Connectors, Amphe-Power® Connectors, board level connectors such as PowerBlok™, RADSERT™, and PGY™, SurLok Connectors, and Helios H4 Solar Connectors.
