Taiwan Semiconductor TSCDx 1200V SiC Merged PIN Schottky Diodes are engineered for high-efficiency power conversion in compact, rugged packages. These diodes offer fast switching, high surge capability, and reliable thermal performance up to 175°C. The TSCDx 1200V SiC merged PIN Schottky diodes operate at a 840V reverse voltage with 1A and 2A forward currents. These diodes are automotive AEC-Q1-qualified, halogen-free, and comply with RoHS. The TSCDx 1200V SiC merged PIN Schottky diodes are available in DO-214AA (SMB) and SOD-128 packages, and each model features a single-die configuration. These diodes are ideal for demanding applications like Switch-Mode Power Supplies (SMPS), Power Factor Correction (PFC), and general-purpose circuits.
